Private lessons are ideal to learn at your own pace. Video is used to analyze your swimming ability so you know what to change. Whether you are a beginner or a competitive triathlete, I will adapt my teaching to your swimming level.

- After your first lesson you will be given – “Ultra-Efficient Freestyle Workbook” download with video examples of all drills a $49.95 value.
Cancellation / Refund Policy: For a full refund you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hour prior to the appointment. Otherwise the fee will be forfeited. This will be confirmed through text messages or email only, leaving a voice mail message on the phone is not sufficient.
