Total Immersion Freestyle Workshop: Learn TI in one day
Available starting in the Fall of 2020.
Learn the essential drills and strategies to achieve a fish-like swimming stroke in an intensive workshop during one day. Each workshop features a total of seven hours in the pool with several classroom sessions of theory, video review of your stroke and discussions. Each student should be able to swim 50 yards without stopping.

- Limited up to 10 students.
- Above and below video analysis.
- Coach in the water with the students.
Refund Policy: For a full refund you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hour prior to the appointment. Otherwise the fee will be forfeited. This will be confirmed through text messages or email only, leaving a voice mail message on the phone is not sufficient.
